|I am working in the Infosys Pune BPO. My exerience with them is very good. In my initial days it took me time to get used to the process but they made me feel comfortable. They are one of the biggest players in the market. They have a very well detailed layout plan for the individuals. Some of the main points of the plan are : The plan will be a detailed plan with all the requirements well explained and the technical requirements well specified. Than the deiverables are identified across various teams. Parallely there will be a ramp up schedule and establishing the various service levels. Working in a big company like infosys is that the emphasis on the quality is the main priority and there comes there Quality analysis team in the picture. They are professionals in their own right. |What is the real meaning of BPO and what is the difference between BPO and KPO. I know the long form of both these things but I am literally amazed at the number of people who does not know the difference between the two. The BPO is business process outsourcing and KPO is knowledge process outsourcing.|
